It is self-paced, so it depends on your schedule. Most people complete one module a week and finish the course in about three to four months. You keep access for twelve months, so you can revisit lessons and templates whenever you need them.
No. The course is built for anyone who is starting to lead technical work: senior engineers, tech leads, solution architects, team leads and newly promoted managers. If you are expected to own delivery, manage stakeholders or guide a team, the material is written for you.
Yes. After you enrol you will receive a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement. If your company needs an invoice, purchase order or VAT documentation before paying, email us at support@iotl.org and we will arrange it.
Yes. When you complete the course you receive a certificate of completion from the Institute of Technical Leadership. It confirms you have covered all 25 modules and can be shared on LinkedIn or included in a performance review.
It is fully self-paced. There are no live calls to schedule around. Each module includes short video lessons, a quiz, a downloadable toolkit and real-world examples, so you can learn when it suits you and apply it to your current project the same week.
